What is a Shout Out, you ask?
The Staff Recognition Committee, a committee of Staff Senate, works to create a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, and encourage an environment of support and appreciation.
One of the ways we encourage positive morale and staff engagement is through an informal recognition program called, "Shout Out."
We encourage you to recognize your staff member at your next staff meeting or in your next newsletter.
It was noted in the Shout Out that : Always going above and beyond to help faculty and students. He's always cheerful and provides the never-empty candy dish for all of us to enjoy! He is the BEST administrative assistant on this campus, hands down!!
