Course Description
The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction to Latinex writers in dialogue with Latinex artists. We will read literary works written by Latinex authors in conjunction with studying various art forms and creative expression by Latinex artists. While we will explore artistic expression from 1600 to the present, this course will focus on contemporary writers and artists. Students will develop a critical understanding of Latinex creative expression is the U.S.
