Metting from 6-9 on Mondays, and taught by Alison Gulley, this course will provide an in depth studies of the works of Geoffery Chaucer, including the Canterbary Tales as well as other work from and about Chacer's work. Class will also explore Medieval cooking and pop culture related to Chaucer's work and includes a field trip to examine and work with Medieval manuscripts. In past semesters, students have presented their work at a regional conference the following fall semester.
