Kathryn Kirkpatrick will teach this course which focuses on the study of Transnational Literature. It will include the advanced and comparative study of literature which crosses traditionally defined national bounderies, and will examine the pressure contemporary society puts on the web of life. Class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45.
